Tan Hongying is currently a teacher at the School of Management Science and Engineering of Southwestern University of Finance and Economics. She received his Ph.D. from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications in 2021. Her main research directions are e-health, health service model innovation, social media, user information behavior, etc. She has published and reported academic papers in many important journals and academic conferences in the field of information management, and served as a reviewer for journals such as Information & Management, Information Technology & People, and Electronic Commerce Research and Applications.
