Shuai Qinghong, PhD, professor, doctoral supervisor, graduated from the National University of Defense Technology, member of the Party Committee of Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, and director of the Institute of Internet Finance and Payment.

A well-known e-commerce expert and e-payment expert, he is good at Internet thinking. He is mainly engaged in teaching, scientific research and social service work in e-commerce and payment settlement, financial technology and supervision, digital economy and management.
He has published nearly 20 books and textbooks, including "Introduction to Bank Information System Management", "Electronic Payment and Settlement", "Internet Finance", "Application of Blockchain Technology in the Financial Field", and "Financial Technology". He has published nearly 40 articles in core journals at home and abroad. He has Host and participated in nearly 10 projects of various types, including "Report on the Development of China's Payment System" and "Research on Internet Financial Innovation Supervision from a Macro and Micro Perspective", which were funded by the National Natural Science Foundation, the National Social Science Foundation, the Ministry of Education Social Science Foundation, and the People's Bank of China. He serves as a reviewer for journals such as Xi'an Jiaotong University and Sichuan University, and is the rotating chairman of the ICEB International Academic Conference.

1984.9—1988.7, studied applied mathematics at the National University of Defense Technology and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree;

1991.9—1996.3, studied computer application at Sichuan University and obtained a doctorate in engineering. After graduating with a doctorate, he worked as a teacher at Xi'an Air Force Engineering University.
Since September 1999, he has been working in Southwest University of Finance and Economics.
Honorary Awards
In 2002, he was named an Outstanding Communist Party Member of Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, in 2009 he was named an Outstanding Teacher of Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, and in 2011 he was named an Outstanding Communist Party Member of Southwestern University of Finance and Economics; in 2010, as the person in charge, the "Exploration of Innovative and Application-oriented Talent Training Model of E-commerce - School-enterprise Cooperation and Practice Guided by National College Students' Innovation and Practice Projects" won the first prize of the 2010 Southwestern University of Finance and Economics Outstanding Teaching Achievement Award; in 2012, as one of the persons in charge, the "Innovation and Exploration of Bank-School Cooperation, Integration of Resources, and Promotion of Payment System Course Group" won the first prize of the 2012 Southwestern University of Finance and Economics Outstanding Teaching Achievement Award; in 2012, the "Establishing an Electronic Payment Discipline Brand and Leading the Innovation of E-commerce Talent Training Model with Distinctive Financial Characteristics in China" was nominated for the first prize of Sichuan Province Outstanding Teaching Achievement Award; in October 2017, he won the Sichuan Province County E-commerce Outstanding Contribution Individual Award. In March 2018, he won the second prize of provincial excellent teaching achievement.

Social Impact
Actively participated in rural e-commerce practice, Host and formulated the "Sichuan Province 13th Five-Year E-commerce Development Plan", as well as the e-commerce plans of Aba Prefecture, Liangshan Prefecture and some demonstration counties. Together with the Provincial Youth League Committee, he carried out the "Study on Problems and Countermeasures of Urban and Rural Youth E-commerce Entrepreneurship" from 2016 to 2017; "Study on Countermeasures of E-commerce and Targeted Poverty Alleviation" was selected as the 2017 Sichuan Provincial Government Affairs Research Project announced by the Provincial Office. Southwestern University of Finance and Economics has targeted poverty alleviation - Jinchuan County, Aba Prefecture and Meigu County, Liangshan Prefecture. As the leader of e-commerce disciplines, he helped Jinchuan County and Meigu County successfully apply for "Sichuan Province Poverty Alleviation Demonstration County", and helped Jinchuan County obtain the national e-commerce demonstration county. He was praised by the industry and society as "the first person in Sichuan Province's e-commerce theory and practice". Sichuan TV SCTV-4 made a special report in the "Tianfu E-commerce" column on May 29, 2017, and became a candidate for the 2017 Sichuan Province Poverty Alleviation Award and won the Sichuan Province County E-commerce Outstanding Contribution Individual Award.
