The school's specially appointed organizer, Comrade Liu Weilin, was invited to provide guidance, and more than 40 graduate party members of the college listened on the spot.

In the special party class, Secretary Zhou interpreted the revision history of the Regulations on Disciplinary Actions of the Communist Party of China (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations) (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations), the overall considerations for revising the Regulations, the new content and new spirit of the Regulations, and the requirements for implementing the Regulations in combination with the actual work. Secretary Zhou pointed out that "Party discipline is the 'ruler' for managing and governing the Party, and it is also the standard and compliance for Party members and cadres to restrain their own behavior." Our Party has always attached great importance to discipline building. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, General Secretary Xi Jinping has made a series of important expositions on strengthening the Party's discipline building from the strategic height of promoting the Party's self-revolution and comprehensively governing the Party with strict discipline. Party discipline learning and education should be studied in its original form, compared and compared, and combined with the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's series of speeches.
